About Mission Control
Welcome to Mission Control — my personal command center for cyber space training. I built this platform to help me study for my BSc in Cyber Security at HSLU (Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts), and opened it up so anyone working through the same material can use it too.
Everything is organised by module and topic. Train solo with flashcards, duel another student in head-to-head quiz battles, plan your degree path, or browse my class notes and write-ups.
What's Here
Training: Card-based study with proper spaced repetition (FSRS, the modern scheduler Anki uses). Cards you struggle with come back more often; cards you've nailed get pushed further out. Study by topic, by what's due, or hammer your weakest cards on demand.
Duel: Head-to-head quiz battles, turn-based and async — take as long as you need between rounds. Each duel is 2 rounds × 7 questions; players take turns picking the module. Climb the seasonal leaderboard with ELO rating, track your streaks, watch your stats reset each season. No human opponent around? Challenge a bot.
Master Plan: Interactive HSLU ICS degree planner. Browse every module with ECTS, prerequisites, semester availability, and teaching format. Pick your study mode (full-time or part-time) and major, then build your semester-by-semester schedule with live ECTS tallies against the 180-credit target.
Notes: Class notes, code snippets, tooling tips, lab write-ups, and practical checklists from my studies and work as a programmer.
