How do you keep a 52-card PAO organised rather than random?

Use a consistent scheme — e.g. the suit sets a category and the card's value sets the identity — so any card maps predictably to its person.

Card suit mapping to a category of people

* A tidy 52-card PAO: the suit sets the category, the value (A–K) picks who in it. *

Rather than 52 arbitrary choices, impose structure so you can derive a card's Person instead of memorising 52 unrelated facts. Common schemes:

  • Suit → group: e.g. spades = villains, hearts = family, diamonds = athletes, clubs = comedians.
  • Value → member of that group: Ace–King picks the specific person within the suit's category.

Structure both speeds building and makes gaps self-correcting — you can reconstruct a forgotten card from its rule.
