How does an awareness program unfold over time, from concept to running campaigns?
Konzept → Pilot → Lancierung, then repeating campaigns riding on two continuous tracks — flankierende Massnahmen and Basis-Ausbildung — all under permanent Erfolgskontrolle and optimization.
The timeline structure:
- Konzept — design the program (target groups, themes, channels, KPIs)
- Pilot — test with a limited audience first; fix what confuses or annoys before going company-wide
- Lancierung — the official launch
- Kampagne 1, Kampagne 2, … — discrete thematic waves (e.g. phishing quarter, clean-desk quarter), spaced over time
- Running continuously underneath:
