How does an awareness program unfold over time, from concept to running campaigns?

Konzept → Pilot → Lancierung, then repeating campaigns riding on two continuous tracks — flankierende Massnahmen and Basis-Ausbildung — all under permanent Erfolgskontrolle and optimization.

The timeline structure:

  1. Konzept — design the program (target groups, themes, channels, KPIs)
  2. Pilot — test with a limited audience first; fix what confuses or annoys before going company-wide
  3. Lancierung — the official launch
  4. Kampagne 1, Kampagne 2, … — discrete thematic waves (e.g. phishing quarter, clean-desk quarter), spaced over time
  5. Running continuously underneath:
    • Flankierende Massnahmen (flanking measures) — posters, intranet, mail signatures keeping the topic present between campaigns
    • Basis-Ausbildung / Schulung — the baseline training everyone gets (e.g. onboarding, annual refresher)
  6. Spanning everything: Erfolgskontrolle, Optimierung — measure, learn, adjust

The design insight: awareness is a rhythm, not an event. Campaigns provide peaks of attention; the continuous tracks prevent the message from dying between peaks; the pilot prevents launching embarrassment at scale.
