What does the w3-row class do in W3.CSS?

w3-row creates the flexbox container that lays out its w3-col children and turns on the 12-column grid for them.

<div class="w3-row">
    <div class="w3-col m6">Left half</div>
    <div class="w3-col m6">Right half</div>
</div>

Behavior:

• Creates a flexbox row
• Child w3-col elements become flex items
• Columns wrap to next line when they exceed 12
• Provides proper clearing and alignment

Without w3-row: Columns won't align properly and may not wrap as expected.

Nested rows: Each w3-row starts a new 12-column context within its parent.
